This Dala Waterproofing Medium can be used to protect and waterproof any piece of fabric or garment. This product also acts as a textile podge and is ideal for decoupage on fabric. You can use this medium on many different fabrics, however, you should do a sample swatch before application to ensure compatibility.

How to use Dala Waterproofing Medium

Begin by shaking the medium well before using it. Allow any fabric paint and other mediums that you may have used on this material to dry thoroughly. Thereafter, apply a layer of waterproofing with a brush, roller, or sponge. Consequently, allow the Dala Waterproofing Medium to dry completely. To ensure that the fabric is completely protected, you can apply a second layer of the waterproofing medium. Lastly, heat set the fabric at 150°C, or on medium heat if you are using an iron. Once the fabric has been heat set, you can safely wash and dry-clean the garment.

To clean up any spills, messes, and brushes, use warm soapy water.
